My OMI not finish the connection step

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to report a technical issue with my OMI device that I received yesterday.

Issue Description:

  • Device was charged for several hours as instructed

  • Red light indicator is functioning properly

  • Connection process fails to complete when selecting "connect"

  • Device becomes stuck during connection (please see attached image)

  • I have followed all troubleshooting instructions provided in the help documentation without success

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this connection issue. Please let me know what additional steps I should take or if the device needs to be replaced.
