To whom it may concern,
I am writing to report a technical issue with my OMI device that I received yesterday.
Issue Description:
Device was charged for several hours as instructed
Red light indicator is functioning properly
Connection process fails to complete when selecting "connect"
Device becomes stuck during connection (please see attached image)
I have followed all troubleshooting instructions provided in the help documentation without success
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this connection issue. Please let me know what additional steps I should take or if the device needs to be replaced.
