My new pendent device worked for a few hours and now it doesn't record or pick up audio despite being connected. If I disconnected and use the app on my phone the transcription works. Otherwise when the device is connected it looks to sometime be recording but the sound when turned up is dead silent with no audio captured. The blue light is on and the app says it's listening but it's not capturing anything. .
