MY CURRENT EXPERIENCE - GOOD AND BAD

Good:

• Form factor, size and weight acceptable

• Always on, always listening option is ABSOLUTE NECESSITY. Thank you.

• The ecosystem, iOS and MacOS apps, are excellent. And getting better all the time.THANK YOU.

Bad:

• Form factor - the design with the click is extremely easy to click accidentally and turn off or on. The responsiveness of that click and buzz is EXTREMELY inconsistent and is quite irritating. Depending on how I’m wearing it there are numerous occasions where pendant is DISCONNECTED or offline and I miss critical data. I see there are a lot of complaints about disconnections…

• The wearing options: the pendant gel rubber option, and even the wrist bracelet options are both POOR QUALITY and not made to last. The bracelet option is simply dangerous as for really active people, that Omi is going to POP OUT for sure. I’m 70, and not at gym all day, and I’ve had issues with it. I’ve now designed my own through clothing magnet option that places it where I don’t think will get disturbed accidentally and I’m aware of it all day long. And I think without the rubber ring around it mic sound clarity might even improve. I wear a Looki L1 body cam and it sits exactly where the Omi pendant would so I needed another wear option…

• Pendant proprietary charge cable: C’mon guys. Redesign it with a direct USB-C charge port! You make us go around having to carry this special charge cable in 2026. Why? The Limitless Pendant set the bar for these…

• I realize there are iOS limitations, but I know others have found backdoors to being able to capture bluetooth. At least 90% of my phone calls are over bluetooth, and NEVER holding phone up to my ear. Calls on speakers, most of the time, are not appropriate as I’m always in public settings or an office with others around. MUST come up with a plan for this reality in 2026! Heck, even AT&T now gives you option to record ALL calls and save them, transcripts and all. Just hate to go chasing all this down in different ecosystems, if Omi can provide it.

• Not having PLAYABLE, USABLE, AUDIO for all recordings, to recall on demand, is a big one. Again, Limitless set that bar very high. I do have, and pay for the Google Drive audio backup, but I don’t know how that will even work. I haven’t even tried to listen to it. But having audio within the app, available, searchable (“play the last phone call I had with my brother John”, or “play what the mechanic said about fixing my transmission in June of last year”, etc.) is really an invaluable asset to have. And Limitless HAD THAT. Now with it in Meta’s hands, who knows!! PLEASE WORK ON THIS.

• WISH could substitute the OMI pendant with the Limitless Pendant, but was told it would not integrate and the app will not work. That’s a wish list item…
