Missing conversations, processing failures

I am missing meeting summaries from the last two weeks. The AI chat in Omi Desktop (macOS) says processing of these meetings failed; however, it seems to be able to pull portions of the transcripts. Meetings intermittently appear immediately after app launch but are hidden quickly.
