Missing conversations

Missing conversation SuppaMario:hammer: OP — 1/15/26, 3:39 PM I had a conversation that lasted about an hour. Omi transcribed it because I could see the transcription in progress and the entire duration in the app. In offline recordings, I have full archive mode enabled and I can see the audio files as processed, but the conversation has completely disappeared. I saw the conversation in processing once it was finished, but now it's as if it never existed. Even when I enable discarded and short conversations, it's not there. I have a one-hour gap in the conversations where that one should be. KitMonk65 — 1/15/26, 4:14 PM The same here. If it still doesn't appear after 2 hours, please DM your user ID and the exact conversation hour to @Mohsin , and he'll investigate. LunaMraz — 1/16/26, 4:40 AM Yeah, me too. A few different times. I’ve noticed that when this happens it takes ages to process and then it just doesn’t appear. For me it’s like it gets stuck on processing and then just gives up. It happens 20% of the time so not often, but I had a really important conversation and I saw it transcribing and it was transcribing perfectly however it took a while to process and then just didn’t appear. I looked in all of the storage and it wasn’t there. Apart from that though I do really enjoy using my Omi and it’s really helping but yeah, if there’s any way to resolve this issue, thanks in advance and it’s appreciated. Now I have the audio files in the app thanks to local storage, but I have to download 60 audio files one by one, so this part could also be improved. If you write to me, “Stop taking notes. Use Omi.” I'll do it, but if these things happen, you put me in a difficult position. It's a serious problem with the reliability of the service. Try enabling the "Show Discarded Conversations" option by going to Settings > Profile > Conversation Display. SuppaMario:hammer: OP — 1/16/26, 11:41 AM During the conversation, I opened the app several times to check that the transcription was going smoothly, given the importance of the meeting, and I didn't see any problems. The conversation was very long and was transcribed in real time. At the end of the meeting, I opened the app and saw that the conversation was “In processing” and then disappeared.
