Mind map not working

Exception: Failed to rebuild knowledge graph: {“detail”:”Canonical knowledge graph state is derived from canonical memories and cannot be deleted or rebuilt directly.”}

It worked for the first weeks, than stopped out of nowhere.

I have the “pro” license.

    @Jonas @Bradley Hanada Sorry this hasn’t had a clear update. Your reports show the same bug: Build Graph sends a request the backend rejects. We’re tracking both iOS and Android cases in #20481. A related PR is still open, so there’s no shipped fix yet. We’ll update this post after a fix is deployed and verified.

    It has never worked once for me since the day I setup the app on my phone when I ordered 2 pendants (one for my friend) and was waiting for them to be delivered. I've been a pro member for a week, now, but this is a significant malfunction in thr services provided. I've also left an upvote and very detailed response on yhe Discord post in Help about this very topic.

    I'm having this issue also.

    I got the message the very first time I tried to setup my brand new pendant. When I activated it and connected it to the app, I entered the Get Started wizard where it asks me to verbally answer a bunch of questions and I got this same error message the first time I finished. I had to do it several more times with this same error message report before it would even let me conplete the setup of the pendant and it has stayed like that for a week, now. I keep hoping it will gather enough info about me to start the Mind Map, but now that I'm looking at 3 other people being ignored on this topic I'm starting to think I should cancel my subscription and look for a different service. I had a feeling this was too good to be true...
