macOS Desktop App stopped recording audio

Sometime around June 2, the macOS app stopped recording audio. I’ve tried several versions of the app, both stable and beta builds, and with the audio settings set to always record or detecting meetings and it will not record.

Currently on macOS Tahoe 26.5.2 and omi beta v0.12.70.
