Lost Audio Sync

Hi - yesterday I had my device on me during an imp meeting but my phone restarted. I had assumed the SD card would store the conversation even if the app was not on. That did not happen. Can you help me understand if that is a setting issue or a bug. I’ve processed all stored audio and the meeting is missing.
