Limitless speed working in Feb

I'm very disappointed and wish I never would have bought the annual plan to OMI because I have my Limitless. You guys were gracious enough to work to try to get it working. Once I got it working and it worked until February, I really needed the dashboard to be able to do the things that I was doing. I was really excited about that but the app itself stopped working in February and here we are in May.

I have left multiple messages, done the things that people are asking me to do, and no matter what I cannot get my Limitless and my app and my dashboard to show me that it's actually working. It has nothing. It's useless. This is a complete piece of garbage now. I wasted my money. I'm really sad that I just canceled my subscription because I was actually looking for this to actually work. I'm not going to pay any more money to go get another pendant or anything else like this because we were told that this is something that was going to work for the Limitless and it just simply doesn't. I'm just sad that nobody cares enough to actually even help us when we spent the money to do this.
