Hi Jacob, sorry about this. Could you try a 30-second recording with the Omi app open and your phone online, and tell us whether any words appear live? Please also share your phone OS, Omi app version, and whether this started after a disconnect or update. Does Offline Sync show any pending recordings? If it does, please don’t reset the pendant or reinstall the app yet. You can send the test time and your account details privately to help@omi.me so the team can check the recording path; no need to post recordings or personal details here.
