Limitless Pendant doesn't record after disconnect

I have found that if I leave home without the pendant with me, when I come home it will automatically reconnect however it doesn't do anything. The only solution I have found it to factory reset the pendant, remove the pendant from the app and the Bluetooth setting and sync it again from scratch.

I'd love to get a subscription but don't want to throw out a perfectly good device.
