How do I get the info I’m looking for without having to fight the Omi everytime. It will deadass say it can’t find something, I’ll push back, it will dig deeper then find it. I’d love the runaround to stop.
@Joseph Maestas , you’re right you shouldn’t have to push back to get Omi to search properly. I’m sorry for the runaround. The first answer appears to address screenshots rather than the transcripts you asked about, and the later precise answer doesn’t show its source. Please verify that figure against the original transcript before relying on it.
We’ve logged this for investigation in #20629. Could you share your Omi app version, roughly when this chat happened, and whether the detail appears in the original transcript? Please don’t post private billing details here. We’ll update this request when we’ve tested a fix.
