Keep chat scroll at top while generating response

Currently, when chatting with Omi and I submit my input, the response scrolls in. It’s too fast for me to read, so I try to scroll to view at the beginning. But the automatic scroll keeps pushing my viewport down. So I effectively have to wait for the entire response to finish before I can read anything.

Instead, keep my viewport at the top and allow me to scroll. The generation can keep going so as I get down to it then it’s already there.
