Issue with timestamp when sharing

Why is the timestamp different when you share? It appears the in app time is correct but when shared it converts to GMT.

Maybe the time should be relative to the viewer? Or match the time of the creator and designate the time zone clearly for others to understand the date/time in context to their own.
