Issue on Voice recognition

I've recorded my profile several times and I still have to manually select my name as the speaker. Any workarounds?

I bought my OMI device (for support) and just received it, but the lack of recognition remains the same as with the limitless pendant. I thought it might help by using the microphones or something like that.
