Improve recall reliability and fix user name/profile glitch

User from Discord reports bugs and requires: Better recall/search reliability: when something is clearly transcribed, Omi should actually be able to find and retrieve it consistently (even with specific queries). Fix the “wrong name” bug: Omi should use the user’s correct name from Profile and stop assigning a random name, plus support should acknowledge it’s a glitch, not user setup.
