I need a replacement!

I got a malfunctioned Onlmi. And a week back and forth on replacing it with no progress! Just the same emails asking for the same information.

I am about to report to BBB and leave reviews on this thing if this is how the business treats its customers. It’s not some cheap lil thing to purchase.

I need my replacement! It’s supposed to be documenting my ai app build and here I am with nothing working.
