I am losing several conversations even after ensuring the recording has started. Conversations are being cut out in less than 5 mins. Does the device not work independent of the phone at all? I am constantly having to check if the phone connection with device is active. Am I missing something?
Apologies for the inconvenience. You can increase the conversation timeout in Settings > Profile to allow for longer conversations.
You can also use the device independently of your phone. The device has onboard storage, and any recordings made while disconnected will automatically sync once the device reconnects to the app.
