Frustration

• I did not sign up for a product that includes mandatory goal tracking or productivity scoring, and I was not notified that this functionality was being introduced.

• After multiple users raised concerns, we were temporarily given the ability to disable it, only for the next iteration to reintroduce it, dominate the landing page, and remove the opt out option again.

Ask

• Stop adding fixed apps to the home page without the option to disable.

• Replace fixed metrics with configurable widgets on the landing page.

• Allow widgets in Omi store so users can customize their home screen experience.
