Hi, after a 2 weeks use and it stopped connecting and I’ve been waiting for my replacement since April and still don’t have a date!

I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with both your product and customer service.

I ordered the Omi and accessories in February of this year. After using it for just 2 weeks , the device stopped connecting. Your replacement was since April that you will send me a replacement, but it is now approaching end of June , 3 months have passed. I have still not received the replacement, nor have I been provided with a delivery date. This extended delay is entirely disappointing.

At this point, I’m really regret making this purchase though I find it useful and before I can explore further, it stopped connecting.

Please provide an immediate, definitive update on the status of my replacement, or issue a refund.

I look forward to your prompt response.
