Help! Unable to untag and retag in conversations

My dad and I have very similar voices, and Omi often tags his lines as me. I’m with him everyday so this can’t happen. I can tag other people, but I can’t untag or reassign myself. I need:
– the ability to change “me” segments to another person,

Right now this makes my memory really unreliable and is almost unusable for me.
