Hello everyone, nothing works anymore, it's just terrible. You pay so much money for these features, for this app, and then on top of that for this subscription, and what you actually get in return is terrible—totally terrible. It’s completely useless: it doesn't sync, manual syncing cancels halfway through, it doesn't transcribe anymore—or it transcribes a single sentence every once in a while that makes no sense at all. Nothing works like it did in the beginning, and this is an absolute disgrace, these scammers. It's endlessly frustrating; I have no idea why a product like this is even still on the market. Dealing with business practices like this is so exhausting."
