Hangs all the time. Each time I turn it on it stall with white colour, than I reset it by putting on charger pressed, than it boots normally and Works for a while than it hangs again. Useless

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. This issue does not align with how Omi is intended to function.
Could you please share the app and firmware versions you are using? You can find this information by going to Settings > scroll to the bottom of the page, and checking under Settings > Device > Firmware.
Make sure to update both your app and firmware to the latest official versions. Please avoid beta versions, as they can be unstable.
After updating your app and firmware, try coneccting to see if tha fixes the problem.
If not, could you reset your device? To reboot your Omi device, place it on the charger while holding down the button. Hold the button, keep holding and place it on the charger, keep holding for 10 seconds, then release.
If the problem persists after following these steps, please reach out to us at help@omi.me. When you do, kindly include any evidence (such as videos or photos) so our team can investigate and consider a replacement in case of a defective device.
