Filtering apps, then moving to another tab, then back, results in blank screen

If you go to the apps screen, filter on, say, stars (or categories), view that then tab on home, then back to apps, the screen is blank. No apps are shown, no filter icon is shown. App must be restarted to see apps again. iPhone 14 Pro Max (does not happen on macOS)
