Fair Use Limits constantly hit on unlimited plan

I cannot synch up my backlog as the “fair use” limits are triggered after synchronization of few items. I haven’t use Omi since April as I was tired with bugs I had to deal with on Pendant, but now I tried to get back to it and synch up my pendant first to start clean. While I managed to eventually synch pendant, now I’m being blocked by “fair use” policy. The app promises autoresume of the synch, but it never happens until I manually trigger it. I do get the idea of “fair use”, although this sounds a bit sketchy on “unlimited” plan, but since I haven’t used the service for two months and even now, it’s nit like I try to abuse it, how come this is “fair”?!
