We need to be able to export the audio from cloud storage. I had it saved locally as well but to reinstall the app and lost all my audio. I would like the cloud audio exported.
Hi @the_duukeI’m sorry we promised an update without following up, especially after you lost locally saved audio during reinstall. Omi now has Share Audio for conversations that still have audio attached: open a conversation, use its menu, and choose Share Audio to save the file.
If the conversations are missing, or Share Audio isn’t shown, we need to check whether those recordings were saved to your account’s cloud storage before we can say they’re recoverable. Are the conversation entries still visible when you sign into the same Omi account? Please share the approximate recording dates and whether Store Audio on Cloud was enabled at the time. We’ll keep this open while that’s investigated.
