Dual tech issues with Omi pendant

I’ve got two tech issues I need resolved. Below are the text blocks Omi suggested I send to tech support:

Issue 1:

Device shows as connected.

Audio recordings are saving locally and to cloud.

Threshold is set to 1 minute.

“Show conversations less than this threshold” is turned ON.

I’m doing 20–30s tests that trigger the pendant buzz + app notification + chat,

but no corresponding conversations appear in the Conversations tab at all.

This happens consistently even after force‑quit and reinstall.

Issue 2:

The device auto‑stops recording after ~15 seconds every single time, even when I’m talking continuously.

The second buzz always comes at ~15s, not when I pause.

I’ve tried restarting the app, Bluetooth, and resetting/reconnecting the device, but it cannot record anything longer than ~15 seconds.

This is using iOS app and Omi pendant.
