Double tap to single tap is redundant

Issue: Double-tap is assigned to mute/unmute. When the device is muted, a single tap appears unable to start tap-to-communicate. Expected behavior: double-tap should mute/unmute the current active conversation, while single tap should remain available to start a new interaction. Please clarify or update the mute/tap behavior.
