DK2 firmware 2.0.10 – Internal SD import generates silent 1-minute segments

**Description:**

On DK2 firmware version 2.0.10, the internal SD storage import process creates multiple 1-minute conversation files with timestamps from hours earlier. When played back in the app, these files contain no audio (silent). The internal SD card cannot be removed. Live streaming mode (blue light connected to phone) functions correctly with normal audio playback.

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Use DK2 device running firmware 2.0.10 with internal SD (non-removable).

2. Record offline (red light) for several minutes.

3. Reconnect device and start SD import via the app.

4. Observe multiple 1-minute conversation files generated during import.

5. Attempt playback of those files in the app; audio is silent.

**Expected behavior:**

Imported conversation files should contain recorded audio matching the offline session.

**Actual behavior:**

Imported conversation files are silent despite showing normal timestamps and file sizes during import.

**Additional info:**

- Live streaming mode works fine with audio.

- This issue suggests the SD import path is broken or regressed in firmware 2.0.10.
