Desktop, Web and Mobile Experience Consistency

I don’t have a mac, so I can’t download the desktop version of OMI.
However, I do have both the web and mobile applications.

The features and user experience differences between the two are somewhat staggering.

For example, I can more easily access various chats in the web UI, but I can’t seem to figure out how to re-categorize them, like I can in the iOS mobile app.

The web and mobile experiences need to be more consistent between the two, and/or have clear explanations for why I can’t do things in one that I can do in the other.
