Deleting a Speaker's Speech Profile Does Not Create a New One

Problem:

When you delete a speaker's existing speech profile, no new speech profile gets created to replace it. Even when new conversations occur and the speaker is tagged, there is no update. 

Impact:

Poor ability to recognize speakers, excessive need for manual tagging.  

Request:

When a voice profile is deleted, automatically update with the next tagged audio segment for that person.
