Daily Reflections Are Pointless

The “Daily Reflection” is pointless. It assumes I need to manually summarize my own behavior for a system whose core value proposition is passive capture and recall.

This turns the product into homework, shifts cognitive labor back onto the user, and undermines the reason the device exists in the first place.

Request:

Don’t ask me what I did, tell me.

    You have a point right there, but there are many good reasons for having yourself pour your personal thoughts instead of getting the AI to do it for yourself. That way you can actually go through the process of realizing what you did or didn't do different during the day
