Daily Recap Window Definition

Problem:
My Daily Recap reports no activity.

Testing:

• Scheduled Time – 10:00 pm – conversations recorded later in the evening are not summarized.

• Scheduled Time – 12:00 am – automatic summaries report no data, requiring a manual regeneration.

• Scheduled Time – 03:00 am – summaries only reflect recordings between midnight and 3:00 am and report a “quiet day” with no recordings.

Request:

• Please adjust Daily Recaps to capture the prior 24 hours. Example: Scheduled Time 10:00 pm reports Yesterday 10:00 pm – Today 09:59 pm. Alternatively, implement a rolling window that includes any conversation data not summarized in the prior Daily Recap.

• Allow users to delete Daily Recaps. I now have two versions for nearly every day in January.
