Hi @HollyAnn you’re right that a backup should preserve the summaries you chose to create, not just Omi’s system summary. The current Export All Data JSON appears to include custom app results within each conversation, but we haven’t verified that the backup flow you used preserves them, and there isn’t a straightforward bulk export of custom summaries. We’re keeping this request open. Could you tell us which backup/export option you used and your app version? That will help us check the missing results specifically.
