Custom App Data Missing

The chat and conversation prompt fields are blank.

I can confirm the data is being used because my summaries are still generating correctly.

I update my summarizer regularly, so this must be a fairly recent bug. While it seems minor, the impact is that I cannot edit what I can't see.
