Conversation titles and system summaries are inaccurate

Not using my memories:

After two months of reporting this, the system still references children that I don't have.

Meals are consistently mislabeled:

• 9:00 AM conversation about breakfast/oatmeal → labeled as "User discusses lunch"

• 12:00 PM conversation about lunch → labeled as "User discusses dinner"

• Evening conversation about dinner → labeled as "User discusses breakfast"

I have time blindness and an irregular sleep schedule. Seeing these titles is incredibly disorienting to me. Even though I know I can't trust the label, I always have to check because I can't remember… did I sleep late yesterday? Did I wake up in the middle of the night and eat breakfast that day????

After two months of usage I shouldn't need to list correcting conversation titles as a part time job. This is not the first time I've reported this issue, PLEASE fix this.
