Continuous meeting conversations are getting chunked to less than 2 min segments and not being processed or transcribed. Although the audio quality is clear, a whole 1 hour conversation got recorded as multiple less than 2 min chunks. So the conversation tab does not show as anything is recorded. I want a way to combine multiple recorded and synced conversations into a single joint file to be transcribed and processed.

Sorry your hour-long meeting isn’t showing up as a usable conversation. We’re investigating both why it was split into short clips and why those clips weren’t transcribed. Could you share your pendant model, Omi app and firmware versions, approximate recording time, and a screenshot of Offline Sync showing whether the clips are pending, synced, or failed? Please don’t delete recordings or reinstall the app while we check whether the audio can be recovered.

Once this is resolved, if Omi has earned it, we’d appreciate an honest rating on Google Play.
