Connecticut with plaud note pin

I need your assistance regarding the following issue.

I have been using PLAUD Note Pin connected to the Omi AI app, but suddenly recording via PLAUD Note Pin stopped working without any changes to the settings. The Omi AI app recognizes the PLAUD Note Pin, and the PLAUD Note Pin is powered on (the red light is lit), but audio is no longer syncing to the Omi AI app.

Additionally, when I tried to disconnect and reconnect the PLAUD Note Pin, I received a pop-up notification stating that the PLAUD Note Pin rejected the Bluetooth connection, which suggests that some setting may not be configured correctly.
