Combine conversations

I would like the ability to select multiple consecutive conversations in Omi and combine them into a single conversation. When combined, it should combine their audio and then reprocess the conversation to generate a new full transcript, summary, title, etc. This would be useful since conversations might be split incorrectly, or what is really an ongoing conversation might include a pause long enough to trigger the timeout.
