Checkout not working on mobile app IOS

Hi, i’ve been trying to checkout the $49 per month plan on the ios app but while filling details the page become dark and i can’t fill or checkout, and thoperator plan is not not available on the web app to buy, so i’m blocked, please help i need to unblock my messages !
