ChatGPT Integration Connected but Not Retrieving Omi Memories

Hello Omi Support,

I recently created an Omi account and successfully connected the Omi plugin to ChatGPT. The Omi app confirms that ChatGPT is "Connected on phone and computer."

However, ChatGPT cannot retrieve any of my saved Omi memories, even though they are clearly visible in the Omi app.

Here is what I've tested:

1. Recorded a conversation using the Omi app. The recording was successfully transcribed and summarized.

2. Confirmed that Omi can retrieve the conversation when asked directly.

3. Verified that several memories are saved in the Omi Memories section.

4. Manually created a test memory: "My test word for ChatGPT is purple pineapple."

5. Asked Omi to remember the same information through its AI chat. Omi confirmed it was saved, but a message also appeared saying "Memory — No longer available."

6. Repeatedly tested the ChatGPT integration. It returns an empty memory list and no matching search results.

The ChatGPT plugin appears to be connected and responding, but it cannot access the memories displayed in my Omi account.

Could you please investigate whether this is an account synchronization issue, an API issue, or a problem with the ChatGPT integration?

My goal is to use Omi to capture conversations, identify action items, and allow ChatGPT to retrieve those memories and help manage my tasks.

I'm considering purchasing the Omi wearable, but I would like to confirm that this integration works before buying the device.
