Can't play saved audio from transcript

In the android app, I have a 70min meeting recorded and I wanted to identify speakers from the meeting. But I can't seem to play the audio for the respective speaker, but I can see that the audio is saved (for that meeting) in the Sync section of the mobile app (android). Pressing the play button gives me haptic feedback, but no audio is played. Here's a screenshot - pressing the play button for any speaker just gives me the haptic feedback, but no audio is played. I've enabled local phone storage and again, I've confirmed the audio exists as I can play audio tracks from this meeting in the Sync section of the mobile app. Am I missing something?
