Can't intro myself: Limitless Pendant

I just started trying to use my limitless pendant and when I attempt to introduce myself and the Omi app for the first time, the progress indicator stays at 0%

I can confirm that the Limitless Pendant does indeed record with the app though, if I'm on the main screen.
