BYOK issues

Hey there, I have a device + a free tier subscription, using my own keys from multi-LLM to have full access scope to transcripts but the app keeps locking some conversations or transcripts into paywall subscription. How is this possible?I'm already paying the tokens and have already paid for the device, is this a feature or a bug? Please fix this or give clarity on the BYOK plan.
