Hey there, I have a device + a free tier subscription, using my own keys from multi-LLM to have full access scope to transcripts but the app keeps locking some conversations or transcripts into paywall subscription. How is this possible?I'm already paying the tokens and have already paid for the device, is this a feature or a bug? Please fix this or give clarity on the BYOK plan.

    Thanks for flagging this. BYOK is provider-specific: LLM keys cover AI/chat processing, but a valid Deepgram key is required for BYOK transcription. Without it, free-tier transcription limits still apply and conversations may be locked.

    The app doesn’t explain this clearly, so we opened #20199. If you already had a Deepgram key configured when this happened, please let us know that would be a separate bug.
