Bugs with Omi, showing -1% battery while it has 100% and more

i recently got the new Omi, but it's practically unusable because of all the bugs. The battery life displays as -1%, even when it's fully charged and shows the firmware 1.0.2. It might work for a few minutes after reinstalling or reopening the app, but the bug always returns. When it works, it shows 100% battery and the correct firmware. And even then, reopening the app doesn't always fix it. Plus with the battery bug, it says that it’s listening and shows the blue LED, but it's not actually picking up anything I say and no conversations are being uploaded. Also, when I delete a conversation, it reappears after restarting the app.
