Buggy android app shows device disconnected

The android app keeps disconnecting from the device by itself after a little while then stays disconnected. But only innthe surface. In the background it still recording and working but still this makes the android app of very little use after the initial setup. This is even on the latest update

    Thanks for reporting this. We’ve seen a similar case where Android showed “disconnected” while the device connection remained active, but I don’t want to assume yours is the same issue. Does this still happen in your current app version? When “disconnected” appears, do new recordings or transcripts show up in Conversations, or do recordings only arrive later through Offline Sync? Your phone model, app version, device firmware, and a screenshot of the status would help us check. Please don’t clear app data while recordings may be pending.

    Once this is sorted, if Omi has earned it, we’d appreciate an honest rating on Google Play.
