Hi Omi Support Team,

​I am experiencing an issue where conversations recorded using my Omi Pendant are not being processed by the app, and as a result, no transcriptions or summaries are being generated.

​Here are the details of the issue:

​Device: Omi Pendant

​Issue: Audio records successfully on the pendant, but once transferred/synced, the processing fails or stays stuck, and no insights/summaries appear in the app.

​

​OS: [Android]

​I have already tried restarting the device and reconnecting Bluetooth, but the issue persists. Could you please look into this or advise on how to resolve it?
