Hi Omi Support Team,

​I am experiencing an issue where conversations recorded using my Omi Pendant are not being processed by the app, and as a result, no transcriptions or summaries are being generated.

​Here are the details of the issue:

​Device: Omi Pendant

​Issue: Audio records successfully on the pendant, but once transferred/synced, the processing fails or stays stuck, and no insights/summaries appear in the app.

​OS: [Android]

​I have already tried restarting the device and reconnecting Bluetooth, but the issue persists. Could you please look into this or advise on how to resolve it?

    Hi @Adriano Batista da Mota I’m sorry the recordings transfer but never become transcripts or summaries. We’re tracking this in #20608. Could you share your Omi app version, pendant firmware version, and a screenshot of the Offline Sync status for one affected recording? Please include its approximate date and time, and whether its audio is still playable. Don’t delete recordings or reinstall the app while we check recovery options. Send account details privately to help@omi.me.

    Once this is resolved, we’d welcome an honest rating on Google Play.
