[Browser] Folder Deletion Doesn't Actually Work

Problem:
When you try to delete a folder in the browser, the system acts like it's going to delete it, you confirm, and then the folder is still there.

Impact:

Users can't clean up unwanted folders. The false confirmation makes it worse because it looks like it worked when it didn't.

Request:

Fix folder deletion so it actually removes the folder when confirmed.
