Battery levels freq wrong

The Battery display is always goofy.

Every time it connects it says 100% and takes 5 seconds to 30 seconds to update. Sometimes I have to switch screens.

1. Read battery level quicker

2. update battery level on screens in a better way

3. If you dont know the battery level, dont default to 100% and wait for a read, just say “wait" until the data is valid. Dont display invalid data too early.

4. Give battery notifications…. 35%, 25%, 10%.
