Ever since the last update, I can't keep the device connected to my phone. I am constantly connecting it back up to the phone.

Also. The battery doesn't even last through the day now. By the end of the day it is so dead it won't even turn on until I put it on the charger. It's almost useless to me like this.

Please push a new update to fix these things. I love my Omi, but it is unusable at the moment

    Hi @Lesli Young

    Could you please share the firmware version your device is currently on?

    Also, please try the following steps:

    1. Disconnect the device from the app.

    2. Go to your Bluetooth settings and remove the Omi device if it appears there.

    3. Turn Bluetooth off and back on.

    4. Restart your phone.

    Please let me know if this helps resolve the connectivity issue.

      Firmware 3.0.19. I've done the disconnect, reconnect, restart phone. Nothing helps. It dies within hours of coming off the charger at 100%, I have to put it back on the charger just to get it to turn back on. Then I get to forget the connection on both the app and phone and reconnect. This is an everyday thing. I have tried what you suggested and it's still not working right. It is almost useless to me at this point. It won't stay charged even through an 8 hour shift at work, which is where I need it most. And I'm constantly having issues. It was great before the last update. Battery was a little weird, 100% to 60% was 2 days, 60% to dead was 2 hours. And it stayed connected to my phone.
